MÊTR (30)
30-minute BEAT-driven full-body workout on our resistance-based customized VersaClimber. Low Impact Cardio Choreography and HIIT movements done to the beat of the music that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. This machine is designed to move with you and is targeted to increase your endurance as well as strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques, and Legs. If you desire an upbeat cardio experience that's just as fun and engaging as it is effective, our boutique gym's MÊTR 30 class is for you. The inspiring coaches will dance along with you and push you to reach your max potential as they cue to the most intense version of the movement and modify them accordingly to fit all levels. Think spin class on our climbing machine.

MÊTR (50)
30-minute cardio class on our modernized VersaClimber accompanied with 20-minutes of weight focused floor exercises utilizing our Technogym. Expect HIIT movements and moving to the beat with moments that sculpt your upper body, lower body and core. This class is perfect for those that want a 50-minute full body High Intensity cardio workout with Low Impact weighted movements.



MOCK (30)
This Climbing studio offers 30 minute CoreCLIMBER cardio class, but is instructed by one of our newer staff members that are nearing the end of their MÊTR Coach Training Program. Refer to MÊTR (30) for what to expect in this Beat driven cardio class.

MOCK (50)
The MÊTR offers a 30-minute workout on the CoreCLIMBER followed by 20-minutes of High Intensity, Low impact floor movements utilizing our TECHNOGYM benches and weights. Mock classes are instructed by our newer coaches to gain real life experience as they wrap up their training program.
