FAQ

• For your safety, arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class so the coach can learn more about you and give you the new client demo.  **The coach has the right to turn you away if you don't arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first class.

• Doors lock at class start time so make sure you plan to arrive early to class.

 

• We recommend you bring a water bottle and a towel. 

 

• You might experience cramping in your feet or hands during your first 3-5 classes. This is completely normal. Make sure your feet are flat and that you have equal weight throughout your feet.  This typically goes away as your body gets familiar with the machine. For an immediate solution think about engaging your core, feet flat, shift weight into heels and try not to grip the handles so tight.

 

• Feel free to take breaks at any point. 

 

• The coach will always cue to the most intense movements and will offer modifications. 

 

• Shoes are required for any class that uses the bench.

 

Yes, It will be CHALLENGING, but so WORTH IT! We recommend you wear Tennis Shoes. Shoes are required for any class that utilizes the TECHNOGYM.
